How to Use Free Open Source Software to Build Your Site and Manage Your Content
Recently, I came across a very helpful video tutorial package for Joomla. Joomla is the open source software
that
INSTANT AutoPilot (IAP) PLATINUM
is built upon. So if you kow how to customise Joomla, you know how to
customise your INSTANT AutoPilot PLATINUM site.
So I purchased a copy in order to analyse if it would help you. I had a look at the videos, and I liked it.
But I wanted to get another opinion - from someone who didnt already know much about Joomla, to see if it helped.
So I sent a copy to a 2u Affiliate who has the PLATINUM version of IAP, Peter Lyons. And this is what he says about

I have a Platinum website and taking the easy way out took advantage of Duncan's kind offer, opting
for the free website installation.
As pleased as I was with my website most probably like everyone else I wanted to customise it. I knew what
I wanted to do but how was I going to do it?
The home page needed some script. I wanted to add new pages to the menu. How could I find, download and
install other templates? How could I add content, delete bits and pieces? There was no way I had the
knowledge to do this without some help - holding-my-hand kind of help.
The dreaded tutorials! Have you ever purchased or obtained a free tutorial only to find you need a tutorial
about the tutorial? Why do so many authors of tutorials speak another language?
Enter Joomla Magic. Supplied by Duncan this video was the answer, something even a dummy like me could
understand. Over 2 hours 45 minutes of 'take you by the hand' simply explained and shown video.
Okay, it may not answer or solve 100% of everyones problems but I consider it well worth the money and
I certainly could not have done without it. Not only does it cover many aspects of my mobile phones
website, it gives invaluable information on other subjects.

5. Installing & configuring Joomla
6*. A walk around the frontend (the home page your visitors see)

13. Support - conclusion
*The topics marked with an asterisk were of particular interest and help, enabling me to carry out
the tasks I wanted to do.
As I have already stated, apart from the help Joomla Magic will give you regarding your mobile phone website,
the other benefits the video offers if you want to operate other websites using Joomla are invaluable. I
consider the video to be an invetment worth every penny.
Having given this review it is only natural people may wish to see the result and I willingly supply my
URL. There is more I plan to do with my website and with Joomla Magic I will be able to do it.
You may have heard it said before (I certainly have)..........."if I can do it anyone can". With Joomla Magic
I am certain you will be able to turn your mobile website into a highly marketable
asset.

Since originally publishing this article, I received this reponse back from a customer (spelling and grammar unchanged - this
is exactly as I received it) ...
"I was looking for info on joomla to help me customise and run my site, but was unsure what would
really be beneficial to help with instant autopilot. It was good to get a recommendation on such a
topic from people that know instant auto pilot and so I felt confident in purchasing this info as I
know it will be relevant info in relation to this type of site. With some ideas also given on
expanding your business. It has saved me a lot of time which I can spend on other things.
The opportunity from 2u now in my eyes is the best startup for anyone with no real goods of their own
to sell or budget for that matter. By being able to secure your own customers really levels the playing
field for all and you do not have to waste [time] sourcing dropshippers etc etc . On top of that the marketing
advice offered Free onsite is industry standard with a more advanced marketing plan being offered in the
secrets to dominating the engines.
